MORNING MEDIA UPDATE

0414CENTRAL: Arrest - Shots Fired, DUI, CCW, Intox in Possession of Firearm @1000 Block East 4th Street

Officers responded on the report of a fight. While responding Dispatch advised one involved subject was firing a gun in the air. Officers arriving on scene located that suspect driving and detained him. Jerome Matt, DOB 8/24/1985 was arrested on the above charges.

0749NORTH: Arrest - DUI/Child Endangerment/Open Container/O&R/PCS-Fentanyl - CPS Placement@10000 Stead Boulevard

Police were called regarding a white SUV parked occupied by 2 adult males and an adult female, two of which appeared to be overdosing. RFD arrived on scene and provided additional information to have police respond as 3-month-old child was in the car as well. Jesse Perks, DOB 8/3/1989 and Kristopher Schaffer, DOB 5/30/1984 were arrested on the above charges.
