0127North: Arrest - Child Abuse / Domestic Battery@1000 block Van Petten Street

Frances Colborn-Labouyer, DOB 9/2/1995, was arrested on the above charges. Case: 23-9849




0546Central: BDW@200 block East 4th Street

Officers responded to a report that a victim of a battery had been located. The victims injury is non-life threatening and the suspect is only described as a Hispanic male.

1734South: BDW, Shooting@3000 block South Virginia Street

The victim reported that he had parked at the above location and when he got out of his vehicle he heard a loud bang and realized he had been shot. The victims injury is non-life threatening and there are no suspects at this time.

2038North : Arrest - Domestic Violence with the use of a Deadly Weapon, Hammer@1000 block East 9th Street

Jeffrey Spingola, DOB 12/21/1972 was arrested on the above charge.

0351Central: Commercial Burglary@400 block West 5th Street

Officers responded to an alarm and discovered a door was open and the business had been ransacked. Total loss if any is unknown and there are no suspects at this time.

0948Central: Arrest - Burglary / O&R @1000 block East Commercial Row

Officers responded to a report of a suspect inside a restricted building. The suspect was still inside upon their arrival and then attempted to flee. Eric Myers, DOB 6/3/1988, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to multiple reports of shots fired. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.
