0825NORTH: Arrest - Strong Arm Robbery / Trespass / O&R / Petit Larceny@5000 block Summit Ridge Drive

The manager observed the suspect inside of the business after he had previously trespassed him. The suspect was asked to leave but he refused and attempted to hit the victim in the face before fleeing with merchandise. Total loss is unknown. The suspect was located a short time later and David Guinan, DOB 3/21/1982, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to several reports of shots being heard in the area. There were no reported injuries and the Regional Gang unit will conducting the investigation.

The victim heard someone attempting to enter her residence. When she went to check and see who was at the door the suspect lunged at her and attempted to gain entry.  The suspect is described as: B/M/A, mid thirties to mid forties, 6' tall, skinny, dreadlocks, missing an eye, LSW a blue sweatshirt, black jeans.

Officers responded to reports of shots being fired and located several casings. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

Ian Lyda, DOB 4/12/2004, was arrested on the above charges.

2219SOUTH: GTA / Attempted GTA / ADW, Vehicle@2000 block Century Way

The victims were both parked at the above location and were sitting one of the victim vehicles when a group of suspects attempted to enter the other victims vehicle. The victims confronted the suspects and a physical altercation occurred. During the struggle one of the victims was dragged as her vehicle rolled forward. One of the suspects then entered the other victims vehicle and drove off. That vehicle was located abandoned a short time later. There are no suspect descriptions at this time.

0044SOUTH: Arrest - DUI Hit and Run/Damage to City Property/Risk Management@6000 Block South McCarran Boulevard

Officers observed that a vehicle had been involved in a crash and left the scene. The vehicle initially made it out of sight but officers located it a short distance away with the driver passed out in the driver's seat. Finally the driver woke up and was found to be intoxicated. Jordyn Howard, DOB 12/5/1989 was arrested on the above charges.

0258CENTRAL: Arrest - Domestic Battery/ Child Endangerment Arrest@500 Block East 2nd Street

Officers responded to a call of a physical domestic disturbance. The male and female were involved in a loud verbal disturbance. The female had been trying to leave on foot with their 4-month-old baby who was in his stroller. The male was angered by this and followed after her. The male forcefully grabbed and tried to pull the female away from the stroller causing it shake and almost fall over while the 4-month-old baby was still inside of it. David McKeand, DOB 2/20/1991 was arrested on the above charges.

0511NORTH: Arrest - Domestic Battery/ Child Abuse/ Res. Burg/ O&R@2000 Block Cityview Terrace

Officers responded to a call of Trouble Unknown, in which the female reporting party could be heard saying things to the effect of, "How did you get in this house." Officers met with the reporting party who stated that her ex-boyfriend, showed up and entered the residence unexpectedly. The suspect grabbed and pulled the female by the back of her hair and he struck her on her mouth area causing a visible injury as he yelled at her to go into her bedroom. The victim's 12-year-old son came out and the suspect punched him once on his face causing redness. The victim screamed for her roommate to call the Police. The suspect began to physically resist and tried to pull away from Officers. Christopher Colon, DOB 11/27/1974 was arrested on the above charges.

1230NORTH: Arrest - Vehicle Burglary/Petit Larceny, Warrants@East 8th Street / Evans Avenue

Police responded to the area to meet with the victim of a vehicle burglary who had tracked his stolen Apple earbuds to this area. The victim assisted officers in locating the defendant who was camping nearby. Officers contacted the defendant who was wearing the victim's clothing that was stolen the previous night from the victim's vehicle. The earbud case alerted in the defendant's possessions and was recovered. Gage Kelley, DOB 1/21/2006 was arrested on the above charges.

1555NORTH: Arrest - Harassment/O&R/WRAP Application/Injured Officer@800 Block North Maddux Drive

Officers responded for a family disturbance where the male was causing a disturbance over child custody. Additionally the male was threatening to send intimate photographs to friends if she did not give him custody of the child. Once on scene Officers made contact with both parties and determined there was PC for harassment. Jaden Collier, DOB 6/4/2002 was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded in reference to a BDW stabbing that just occurred. Through investigation, officers learned that the suspect resides in the residence with his father and the two became involved in an argument in the kitchen. Daniel Rascon Jr, DOB 7/1/2002 was arrested on the above charges.

0903SOUTH: Arrest - Battery on a protected person-Officer@6000 Block Sierra Center Parkway

Officers responded to take a report of a Battery. When Officers entered the room to contact the suspect, he stood up, refused to comply with orders to sit, and without provocation punched an Officer on the face. Phillip English, DOB 11/2/1973 was arrested on the above charges.

2103SOUTH: Arrest - Located Child, Parents not located, CPS placement, Child Neglect@500 Block Brinkby Avenue

A two year old non-verbal child was standing in a public area at approximately 2100 hours when they were located by a resident. The resident called 911 and took the child in. Officers arrived and attempted to locate the child's home without success. CPS responded and took custody of the child. The father of the juvenile reported them missing at 2316 hours. Officers responded and learned that he had fallen asleep around 1800 hours and was woken up by his brother who discovered the screen had fallen off of his window. The father was intoxicated with a BAC of .176. Roberto Frausto, DOB 11/18/1996 was arrested on the above charges.

2308NORTH: Arrest - Domestic Battery by Strangulation/False Imprisonment@9000 Block Sky Vista Parkway

Officers initially responded on the report of a physical domestic disturbance. On Officers arrival the suspect armed with the knife barricaded himself in the bathroom, and the other occupants met Officers outside. The suspect eventually came out of the bathroom and was detained. Officers learned the suspect had strangled his ex-girlfriend inside the apartment and battered her new boyfriend, causing visible injuries to both. Derek Teller, DOB 11/11/1972 was arrested on the above charges.

0016CENTRAL: Arrest - 10-37 Circumstances-Possible 10-16 and Risk Management@400 Block Holcomb Avenue

Officers responded on the report a female screaming "stop, leave me alone." As Officers were surveilling the residence to check the welfare of the female a vehicle pulled into the driveway, and when the male driver was contacted he attempted to flee and was detained. Officers located narcotics in the vehicle and the driver was arrested for O&R and PCS. David Price, DOB 6/28/1994 was arrested on the above charges.

2144SOUTH: Arrest - Impersonating a Peace Officer, False Imprisonment, Child Abuse/Endangerment@1000 Block Sea Horse Road

A 17 year old juvenile was driving in the area of Caughlin Ranch when a male yelled for him to stop and told him he had his plate written down. The 17 year old stopped and was contacted by a male who identified himself as a deputy and demanded that the juvenile call his parents. When the juvenile called Marshall took the phone, identified himself as a deputy again and provided a three digit badge number. He demanded that the mother text him their home address so he could follow the juvenile home. He stated that he would take the juvenile to jail if he didn't go home. The Mother called 911 due to the strange circumstances. Christopher Marshall, DOB 6/29/1980 was arrested on the above charges.

The victims and suspect were sitting in the suspects car when suddenly the suspect produced a gun and threatened one of the victims. They were then approached by employees of the property who noticed the disturbance. They were told to disburse and the victims and suspect left. Officers located the suspect a short time later. Adolfo Godoy, DOB 6/15/1970, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle burglary in progress and located the suspect leaving the area with the victim's property. As they were taking the suspect into custody she became physically uncooperative, kicked an officer and then spit on an officer's uniform. Genesis Johnson, DOB 1/3/1998, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim was in the area when a vehicle pulled along side him and the suspects exited. One of the suspects pointed a black object at the victim and tased him multiple times. The victim was then struck in the head causing him to loose consciousness. When he woke his clothes and property had been stolen. The suspects are described as: #1 Unknown race male, light skinned, with dreads. #2 & #3 there is no suspect description at this time.

The suspect was contacted for standing on the median and soliciting traffic. The suspect complied with the order to stop and went to the sidewalk until the Patrol Vehicle went out of view, then the suspect went right back to soliciting from the median. The victim was sleeping when he heard yelling outside of his tent. When he went to see what was going on he was immediately attacked by the suspects. The victims injuries were severe but non-life threatening. One of the suspects has been tentatively identified but is still outstanding. There is no description for the 2nd suspect.

The victim was driving in the area when the suspect vehicle began to tailgate him. The suspect then drove alongside the victim and pointed a firearm at him. The suspect vehicle is described as: Black Toyota Prius with a NV license plate.

0650NORTH: Arrest - GTA, Felony Eluding Arrest and Pursuit@900 Block North Virginia Street

Officers responded to a call for GTA. The defendant then left the store and observed the victim's vehicle to be running and stole it. The victim had a tracking device on the vehicle and officers located it. The defendant was able to flee the stop and struck a civilian vehicle as he fled. Officers pursued the vehicle until it crashed into a tree and the defendant was taken into custody. The defendant was uncooperative, and officers were unable to ID him so he was booked as a John Doe. John Doe, DOB 1.1.1990 was arrested on the above charges.

1044SOUTH: Arrest - Strong Armed Robbery/CCW without Permit@600 Block East Moana Lane

The suspect was there to make a payment and disagreed with the terms. As a result, he shouted at the employees then stole a stack of paperwork belonging to the business and tried to flee. The employees beat him to the door and locked him inside the business until Officers arrived. The suspect also ended up being CCW without a permit. Gary Yohman, DOB 9.14.1958 was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to assist Washoe County CPS with a home check for a 3 month old infant. CPS had received a report of concerning conditions in the house. The apartment was found to be filthy. Antonietta Cataldo, DOB 2/7/2006 and Lyndon Powell, DOB 9/30/1985 were arrested on the above charge.
