Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the driver refused, attempted to strike a patrol vehicle and then fled at a high rate of speed. Officer did not pursue the vehicle due to safety concerns. The vehicle was located a short time later and once again the driver attempted to flee. Tyler Vice, DOB 11/14/1988, was arrested on the above charges.
