Officers responded to a report of a shooting and located a victim with a gunshot wound. The victim's injury is non-life threatening and the investigation is ongoing.
Crystal Kinkade, DOB 11/3/1979, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim and suspects were involved in a verbal dispute that turned physical. Then one of the suspects produced a knife and stabbed the victim in his leg. The
Officers responded to reports of shots being fired and discovered several casings. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

Officers had taken the suspect into custody for Trespassing when he attempted to flee. Joshua Northrup, DOB 5/16/1984, was arrested on the above charges.
The victim and suspect had exchanged words and as the victim began to walk away the suspect followed and then punched the victim in the face before fleeing. A short time later the victim noticed he had a couple of puncture wounds on his arm. There is no suspect description at this time.

Sunday, August 26, 2018Officers responded to an intoxicated subject screaming and throwing up next to his vehicle. When officers arrived they located the male subject passed out inside his vehicle. Officers tried to get the male to exit the vehicle but he refused. As officers began to remove the subject he swung at an Officer knocking off his body cam. The subject continued to resist and could not be taken to the ground. The officers were not injured.

Officers responded to a report of a possible commercial burglary in process and observed a subject leaving the area that matched the description of the suspect. As they went to make contact with the suspect he attempted to flee. The suspect refused to identify himself and was booked as John Doe, DOB 1/1/1993, on the above charges.

Officers were taking the suspect into custody for Trespassing when he became non-compliant and combative. Richard Johnson, DOB 11/22/1974, was arrested on the above charges.
Officers observed the suspect Jaywalking and attempted to make contact but the suspect fled. As he was fleeing a gun fell out of his waistband. The suspect was located a short time later. Charles Murphy, DOB 11/22/1991, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim and suspect were involved in an argument regarding money when the suspect struck the victim over the head with a bottle of liquor. The suspect then produced a gun and attempted to shoot the victim and then fled. Officers located the suspect a short time later. Nathan Lomax, DOB 3/14/1978, was arrested on the above charges.

The report of shots heard in the area of was received by RPD Dispatch. Officers arrived on scene and conducted a canvass of the area. No suspects or victims have been identified

0222 North: Domestic, BDW@2100 blk Highview Ct.
Officers responded to a stabbing that was a result of a domestic disturbance. Officers arrived on scene and located the female suspect applying pressure to the male victim's left shoulder. It was determined that both parties had been arguing. During the argument the female stabbed the male. Victim was transported to a local hospital with a non-life threatening injuries.

An RPD Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had suspended plates. During his investigation, the Officer learned that the subject had an outstanding out-of-state warrant and a suspended driver’s license. He arrested the male driver and during a search of the defendant located narcotics and a loaded handgun under the driver’s seat and additional ammunition. The male is a prohibited from possessing a firearm

Officers responded to a reported DUI driver who drove up onto and then parked on a divider in the parking lot. The Officers contacted the Defendant who tried to get back into his vehicle after repeated directions not to enter the vehicle.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance. While en route Officers were advised that the Victim was being choked and was unconscious. Officers arrived and the Defendant had fled. Officers found the Victim semi-conscious with injuries consistent with being choked and battered. The Defendant called and agreed to return to the apartment where he was taken into custody without incident

0005 North: PCS arrest – 2600 blk Dickerson Rd
RPD Officers responded on a report of a suspect that had parked off the traveled portion of the roadway and was illegally dumping trash. Officers arrived on scene and located the vehicle, however, no driver was found. A short time later the suspect returned and was standing near his vehicle when he was contacted by Officers. The suspect was in possession of a glass smoking pipe with residue and narcotics were found in his vehicle. He also had an active warrant for his arrest.

The victim and suspect do not get along and today the suspect followed the victim, sideswiped his car and then struck his car a second time before fleeing the area. Officers located the suspect a short time later. Michael Gorman, DOB 9/14/1975, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded on the report of some type of fight. It ended up being attempted purse snatch. The Defendant followed two females and attempted to rip their purse off their shoulders. He then punched one of the females in the face then ran away. The Defendant was located and did not comply with officers. He began to fight knocking an Officer’s body cam off and was ultimately taken into custody.

Officers were conducting a domestic battery investigation on the 7th floor of the parking garage when they noticed what appeared to be a grossly intoxicated female acting strangely.

Officers responded to a vehicle versus motorcycle accident. The motorcycle rider was transported by REMSA and found to have substantial injuries. The vehicle driver was found to be at fault for the accident in addition to being DUI. The driver was booked for Insurance Required, Due Care and DUI Alcohol Causing Substantial.

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle burglary. During the investigation they learned several other vehicles in the area had also been burglarized. There are no suspects at this time.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and were attempting to make contact with the suspect. The suspect refused to obey, became combative and kicked an Officer. Kenisha Nelson, DOB 5/19/1978, was arrested on the above charges.
The victim and suspects were involved in a road rage incident and the suspect followed the victim to his residence. The suspect then exited his vehicle, struck the victim with a metal pipe, broke a window of the victim's vehicle and then fled. The victim's injury is non-life threatening. The suspect is described
Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at a business and made contact with the suspects who were on scene. Officers learned the suspects had broken into coin machines and stolen the money. Total loss has not been disclosed. Michael Miersch, DOB 1/21/1981, and Nathan Bundy, DOB 4/6/1975, were arrested on the above charges.

The victim was awoken by a knock on his door. He answered the door to find the suspect holding gun and demanding his money. The victim complied and the suspect fled. There is no suspect description at this time.
Officers responded to an alarm and discovered the door had been broken and entry had been made. Loss if any has not been disclosed and there are no suspects at this time.
