0400Central: Arrest - Residential Burglary / Vehicle Burglary@100 block South Park Street.

The resident awoke to find that someone had broken into the residence and stolen property. Their vehicle had also been broken into during the night. During the investigations Officers learned the identity of the suspect and Mark Forsythe, DOB 6/28/1991, was arrested on the above charges.

2037North: Armed Robbery, Knife@1000 block Silverada Blvd.

The suspect approached the employee while armed with a knife and demanded money from the register. Total loss is unknown. The suspect is described as: H/M/A, mid thirties, heavy set, LSW a gray hooded sweatshirt and khaki shorts.

2108Central: Shots Fired@Park & Willow Streets

Officers responded to a report of shots being fired and located a casing. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

The victims and suspects had agreed to meet at the above location but upon arrival one of the victims was hit in the head with a gun and both the victims wallets were stolen. The suspects are described as: #1 B/M/A, average build, LSW a white t-shirt. #2 W/M/A, average build, LSW a red hoodie.

Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle and conducted a stop. Cory Hernandez, DOB 4/9/1988, was arrested on the above charge.

The resident had just closed her door when the suspects attempted to force it open. The suspects are described as: 2 W/M/A's, medium build, brown or black curly hair. One suspect was wearing a pink or orange shirt and brown shorts and socks.

The suspect was observed earlier yelling at the victims. Then he returned with a knife and threatened them and attempted to punch them. Andy Goins, DOB 3/14/1975, was arrested on the above charge.

0654Central: Battery Causing Substantial Injury with Elderly Enhancement @E 4th & Record Streets

The victim was approached from behind by the unknown suspect who grabbed her by the back of the neck and threw her to the ground before walking away. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, LSW red and black checkered pajama pants, and a white blanket.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on an occupied vehicle with a broken headlight. The suspect refused to provide identification and attempted to flee from Officers.  Russell Roberts, DOB 8/21/1990, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of a Residential Burglary in process. They located the suspect inside the residence as he attempted to flee. Dominic Luvisi, DOB 7/2/199, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim and suspect have been involved in an ongoing dispute. Today the suspect stabbed the victim several times in the neck with a pencil. The victims injuries were non-life threatening. The suspect, a juvenile, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report of a Battery where the suspect had just broken a door in an attempted to get away. As Officers were taking the suspect into custody he spit on them. Will Penny, DOB 7/19/1970, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim was approached by the suspects who made accusations and then beat him with a pipe and large stick. The victim was uncooperative and the only suspect descriptions are 1 H/M/A, 1 B/M/A, 1 W/F/A.

Officers had taken the suspect into custody for Trespassing and DOP when he began kicking the inside door of the police vehicle. David Carden, DOB 1/12/1987, was arrested on the above charges.

The suspect had just stolen the victims property. When the victim confronted the suspect he hit the victim in the head knocking him to the ground before fleeing. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, 6' tall, medium build, mullet haircut, LSW a tank top and a white hat.

The victim was returning to her vehicle when the suspect grabbed her purse from her shoulder knocking her to the ground. The suspect then fled to a waiting vehicle and is described as W/M/A, mid twenties, 5'10" - 6' tall, with a flat top, LSW a dark long sleeve shirt and blue jeans.

The suspect had been involved in several disturbances through out the day. When he came upon the victim who was sitting on a bus bench he struck him in the head with a beer bottle and continued to batter him as he lay on the ground. Raydell James, DOB 8/20/1977, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report of a victim with a stab wound and located the victim with a non-life threatening stab wound to the chest. There are no suspect descriptions at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to a report of a victim with a stab wound and located a subject laying on the ground. As they attempted to make contact with the subject he immediately began swinging and hitting them. The Officers then discovered the suspect had not been the victim of a stabbing. Tyler Waters, DOB 2/21/1993, was arrested on the above charge.

The victim answered a knock at his door. When he told the solicitor he did not wish to answer any of the questions they became involved in a verbal argument. The suspect then produced gun and threatened the victim before fleeing. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.

Officers observed the suspect walking in the street and attempted to make verbal contact. The suspect then attempted to flee, became combative and struck an Officer. Gregory Martin, DOB 11/22/1995, was arrested on the above charges.

The employee attempted to stop the suspects from leaving without paying for the merchandise but the suspects pushed the employee out of the way so they could flee. Total loss is unknown. The suspects are described as: #1 H/M/J, mid teens, 5'4" tall, thin build, LSW a green hoodie. #2 H/M/J, 5'5" tall, thin build, LSW a gray hoodie.

1315Central: Strong Armed Robbery@6th & Spokane

The victim was approached by the unknown suspects who accused him of stealing their motor home. When the victim protested and showed the suspects his paperwork the suspects grabbed the paperwork from his hands and then punched him before fleeing to a waiting vehicle. The suspects are described as: #1 B/M/A, 5'4" tall, mid thirties to early forties, short dark hair. #2 B/F/A, 5'9" tall, early thirties to early forties, medium length dark hair.

1509South: Arrest - BDW, Firearm / Discharge a Gun into Occupied Structure / Brandishing / Discharge a Gun in a Public Place@ 2000 block Yori Ave.

Officers responded to a report of a shots being fired and discovered a round had struck a residence but there were no reported injuries. During the investigations Officers learned that Sparks PD had just arrested the suspect for Traffic Violations and for CCW. Isaac Segura, DOB 8/8/1992, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim was walking down the sidewalk when the unknown suspect suddenly blocked her way. When the victim pulled her phone out to call for help the suspect struck her in the head and stole her phone before fleeing. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, mid thirties, medium build, LSW a black shirt and black shorts.

Officers responded to an alarm and observed the suspect walking away from the business. There was no reported loss and Joeddie Douglas, DOB 4/23/1993, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of unwanted subjects who were causing a disturbance. Upon making contact with one of the subjects he became combative and struck an Officer several times. Jose Alvarez, DOB 1/9/1992, was arrested on the above charges.
