0210South : Commercial Burglary @100 block East Moana Lane

Officers responded to an alarm and discovered windows and doors had been shattered. Total loss was a cash register drawer with an unknown amount of money. The suspect is only described as wearing all dark clothing.

0245South : Commercial Burglary @1000 block Terminal Way

Officers responded to an alarm but did not see any evidence entry had been made. A short time later they were informed a window had been broken and laptop was stolen. There are no suspects at this time.

2232North: Arrest - Battery / Battery Causing Substantial Bodily Injury@2000 block Cannan Street

The victim and suspects were involved in an altercation when the suspects began striking the victim. The victim was transported to a local hospital and Teivishon Nelson-Salahudin, DOB 8/7/1994 and Tiyone Peter, DOB 3/7/1993, were arrested on the above charges.

1101South: Arrest - BDW, Stabbing with Elderly Enhancement@2nd & North Virginia Streets

The employee was approached by the suspect who suddenly stabbed him. Officers located the suspect a short time later and Joshua Brown, DOB 1/16/1990, was arrested on the above charge.

1011North: Hot Prowl Burglary / Shots Fired@1000 block Orca Way

The victim confronted the suspect when he found him inside the residence. A struggle ensued and the suspect was shot. The suspect was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing.

1350South: Arrest - Domestic Battery / Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Knife@10000 block South Virginia Street

David Beck, DOB 8/18/2002, was arrested on the above charges.

1634Central: Arrest - PCS / Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia @Washington & West 4th Streets

Officers observed an occupied parked vehicle and made contact with the occupants. Brian Kelly, DOB 8/27/1988, was arrested on the above charges. Michael Locker, DOB 10/18/1987, was arrested for PCS, CCW, Being a Prohibited Person in Poss. of a Firearm.

1723Central: Arrest - Battery on Protected Person / DOP / O&R / Trespass@Liberty & Sinclair Street

Officers responded to a report of someone damaging a vehicle. As they attempted to make contact with the suspect she became non compliant, combative, spit on them and bit an Officer. During the investigation Officers learned the suspect had committed multiple DOP's and trespassed. The suspect refused to identify herself and was booked as Jane Doe, DOB 1/1/1986. She was arrested on the above charges.

2234Central: Robbery / Burglary@5000 block West 2nd Street

The victim and suspect had been involved in a verbal argument. The suspect followed the victim and tried to take her property. When the victim refused the suspect hit her twice and stole her property. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.

Officers responded to a report of shots being heard and discovered shotgun damage to a parked vehicle and several shots had gone through a window of a residence. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

0405Central: Arrest - CCW / Aim Firearm at a Person@2000 block east 2nd Street

Officers responded to a report of an altercation and someone being armed with a gun. The suspect was gone upon their arrival but was located a short time later.  Edgar Ponce Estrada, DOB 8/17/1998, was arrested on the above charges.

The suspect was observed attempting to steal the victims vehicle. William Signer III, DOB 2/11/1992, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim discovered his cargo trailer along with all of its contents had been stolen. There are no suspects at this time. The Stolen Trailer is described as: 2020 WOW cargo trailer, black with chrome trim, NV Lic 00608Y.

1141Central: Arrest - ADW, Knife / O&R / PCS@North Virginia & Plaza Streets

Officers responded to a report of an ADW involving a knife. As they approached the suspect he attempted to flee. During the investigation they discovered the suspect had also been involved in a prior ADW. Maxwell Hurt-Lewis, DOB 6/17/1998, was arrested on the above charges.

the victim confronted the subjects who were arguing and asked them to be quiet when one of the suspects produced a gun and threated him before fleeing. The suspects are described as: #1 W/M/A, short, with a beard, LSW a black hat with red trim. #2 Unknown race Female, short, heavy set, mid twenties, LSW a gray hooded sweatshirt.

0100North: ADW/Discharge Firearm from / at a Moving Vehicle@West 7th Street & Keystone Avenue

The victims were driving near the above location when a subject in another vehicle fired several shots at them. Officers discovered several bullet strikes in the victims vehicle but there were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to a report of a Residential Burglary Alarm and discovered the front door had been pried open. There are no suspects at this time.

The victim had observed a dispute that was quickly escalating and attempted to intervene when the suspect produced a gun and threatened him. When Officers located the suspect they discovered the gun was a Pneumatic Pistol. Brian Angel-Ramirez, DOB 8/5/1991, was arrested on the above charges.

0617Central: Possible BDW and/or Robbery@100 block North Virginia Street

When the victim advised the suspect about the total price of his merchandise the suspect pushed several items from the counter onto the floor and left. The victim confronted the suspect and a physical altercation occurred and the victim was hit in the head with an unknown object. Total loss if any is unknown. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, or H/M/A, LSW an all black hooded sweatshirt.

2014Central: Arrest - ADW, Knife@200 block North Virginia Street

The victims were approached by the suspect who was an acquaintance of theirs, but today the suspect was armed with a knife and threatened them. One victim sprayed the suspect with Mace and he fled. Officers located the suspect a short time later. Charles Ware, DOB 12/16/1984, was arrested on the above charge.

1343Central: Arrest - BDW Stabbing / O&R@300 block Record Street

The victim had just told the suspect that smoking was not allowed in the area when the suspect produced a box cutter and slashed at the victim causing a superficial cut over the eyebrow. Crystal Luscan, DOB 6/21/1971, was arrested on the above charges.

1511South: Burglary / False Imprisonment / Elderly Enhancement@3000 block South Virginia Street

The victim was inside her residence when the suspect appeared at her door and wanted to be let inside. The victim knew who the suspect was but denied to let him in. The suspect then kicked the door open, entered the residence and refused to let the victim leave. When family members arrived they were able to get the victim out of the residence. The suspect was gone upon Officers arrival. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.

1815South: Arrest - Drawing Weapon in Deadly Manner / O&R with a Deadly Weapon @4000 block Kietzke Lane

Officers responded to a report that the suspect had physically threatened the victims with a machete and was attempting to kick in their door. Officers were able to get the victims out of the residence. The suspect fled from the residence but was taken into custody a short distance away. Shane Scott, DOB 1/14/1994, was arrested on the above charges.

2339Central : BDW, Stabbing @200 block North Virginia Street

The victim and suspect were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical and ended with the victim being stabbed multiple times and the suspect fleeing. The victims injuries are non-life threatening. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, or H/M/A, mid twenties, thin build, short hair, LSW all black clothing.

0013South : Arrest - Trafficking / Sales of Marijuana@1000 block Virbel Lane

Officers responded to a report of a Hot Prowl in Progress. The suspects were gone upon their arrival but during the investigation they located a large quantity of Marijuana. Peyton Vasquez, DOB 11/6/1999 and Kade Macedo, DOB 11/19/1999, were arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of shots being fired and located several casings. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

2250South : Arrest - Carry Concealed Weapon / O&R / Ex-Felon in Possession of a Firearm @3000 block South Virginia Street

Officers were in the area when they learned of a fight with one subject being armed. Officers attempted to make contact with the suspect but he fled on foot. The suspect was located a short time later. Aaron Dalton, DOB 11/18/1979, was arrested on the above charges.

1614North: Arrest - ADW, Knife @1000 block West 4th Street

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance. When they attempted to make contact with the suspect she produced a knife and threatened to stab them. Anna Galvan, DOB 12/16/1991, was arrested on the above charges.

1741Central: Battery with a Deadly Weapon@Center Street & the River

The victim and suspects were involved in a dispute that turned physical when one of the suspects threw a rock hitting the victim in the head. The suspect is only described as: W/M/A.

2314Central: Arrest - Poss. of a Stolen vehicle / O&R with a Deadly Weapon, Vehicle / PCS@400 block Island Ave.

Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle and attempted to conduct a stop. The suspect then intentionally rammed the Officers patrol vehicle with his vehicle and attempted to flee. Additional Officers were able to prevent the suspect from fleeing. The suspect, a juvenile, was arrested on the above charges.
