1452 South: Vehicle burglary, ADW (knife), Poss. stolen credit cards, warrant arrest @Longley Ln. / Aircenter Cir.
The suspect was caught by the victims burglarizing their vehicle and running away with one of the victim's purses. They chased the suspect, who then produced a folding knife and "charged" at the male victim in an apparent attempt to stab him. The suspect was located and arrested by officers.

Officers were attempting to take the uncooperative suspect into custody for ADW with a knife when he attempted to flee. Felix George, DOB 10/23/1978, was arrested on the above charges.
The suspect had returned to the property after being Trespassed. When employees once again told the suspect to leave he refused and then produced a box cutter. David Knight, DOB 5/2/1989, was arrested on the above charge.

Tandra Walker, DOB 9/2/1977, was arrested on the above charge.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting and located a victim with a gunshot wound to the hand. The victim's injury is non-life threatening and the investigation is ongoing.

2227 Central: Arrest of Wanted Subject / PCS / PCS Sales / Trafficking @600 blk E. 2nd Street
An RPD Officer was on an unrelated call when he observed a wanted Suspect inside the store. The Suspect was taken into custody without incident. Search revealed narcotics packaged for sales, a scale and cash. The Suspect was booked without incident.

2338 Central: Arrest for PSMV / Trafficking / PCS / PCS Sales / Credit Card w/o Consent / Obtain ID Harmful / Possession Burglary Tools / Drug Paraphernalia / Ex-Felon Fail to Register / Warrant @West and 2nd Streets
An RPD Officer observed a stolen vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. A search of the vehicle revealed copious amounts of credit cards, identification, birth and death certificates and financial paperwork from people not related to the vehicle or Defendants. A trafficking quantity of narcotics was also recovered in addition to personal use quantities. The driver was required to register as an ex-felon and had not done so.

1738 Central: O&R/Battery on an officer/PCS meth @2nd St and Virginia St
Officers were in the area on a subject with an open container when the defendant approached the officers. The defendant was standing less than a foot away from officers and refused to move when asked several times. Officers attempted to take defendant into custody when he began pulling away preventing officers from handcuffing him. Defendant was taken to the ground where he continued to resist. While officers were handcuffing the defendant, he kicked an officer in the chest several times.

2058 North: DOP/CCW/discharge air gun where others could be hurt @2400 blk Oddie Blvd
Officers responded to the above location for a DOP that had just occurred. Officers arrived on scene and learned the defendant was upset over two people walking through the parking lot talking loudly and disturbing his peace. Defendant drew a concealed BB gun from his person and fired one round at the victims, missing them and striking a parked truck damaging the window. Officers spoke with the defendant who was still in possession of the concealed BB gun and admitted to officers what he did and damaging the window.

Officers responded to a report of suspects smashing the windows of a business at this location. The suspects were gone upon their arrival and there is no reported loss at this time. The suspects are described as: B/M/A, mid to late thirties, LSW a grey sweater or jacket. #2 no description.
The victim was sitting in his vehicle when the suspect knocked on the window. When the victim exited the vehicle the suspect attempted to steal his property so the victim got back in the car. But the suspect also got in the car and as the victim drove away the suspect fell out. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, 5'4" - 5'6" tall, average build, dark red hair, facial stubble, LSW a dark colored hoodie and pants.

The victim was waiting for a bus when the suspect attempted to steal his personal belongings. The victim and suspect struggled over the belongings when the suspect produced a knife and during the struggle the victim was cut. The suspect then fled. The victims injury is non-life threatening. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, 6' tall, medium build, LSW a grey sweatshirt, blue jeans, green beanie and tan boots.
The victim observed an altercation and when he attempted to intervene he become involved in a physical struggle with the suspect. During the struggle the suspect produced a knife and stabbed the victim before fleeing. The victims injuries are non-life threatening. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, 5'10" tall, medium build, shaved head, LSW black baggy pants.

0250 Central: ADW Arrest @6th/Spokane Street
Officers were in the area and heard a female screaming for help. Officers located a physical disturbance between three subjects. Officers detained all involved parties and learned the defendant produced a pocketknife and threatened the victim.

0042 South: Battery on a Police Officer Arrest @3100 blk S. Virginia Street
Officers responded to a fight involving at least two subjects. As officers arrived, they detained one of the suspects, who was very intoxicated and kept reaching into his pockets despite numerous commands against it. Once officers grabbed onto the Defendant's arms, he swung around and punched an Officer in the back of the head.

Victim reported a male subject had chased her. Officers got in the area and located a male subject matching the description. The male provided a false name and was taken into custody for identity theft.

2017 South: Robbery, Battery, O&R@100 blk Damonte Ranch Pk.
Investigation revealed the defendant attempted to pay for merchandise and her card was declined. When security asked the defendant to leave, she grabbed a handful of gift cards and walked out. Security attempted to stop the suspect when she threw a hot cup of coffee on the security guard to facilitate her escape. Officers located and attempted to take the suspect into custody when she resisted.

Officers responded on the report of a male who had climbed the scaffolding surrounding the glass elevators. During attempted negotiations with the subject to come down, he climbed to the 10th floor of the structure.
Arrested: William Harris 12/17/1984 - O&R and Trespassing.

Officers responded to a subject armed with a machete. Investigation revealed that the defendant was on the phone arguing with another person. The victim, who is the defendant's sister in law, believed the defendant was threatening her sister. The victim attempted to intervene when the defendant turned his anger toward the victim and produced a machete.

The victim was approached by the suspect who grabbed her, simulated a weapon and demanded money. The victim complied. A witness then intervened and after a brief struggle the suspect fled. Officers located the suspect a short time later. Jose Covarrubias, DOB 10/9/1972, was arrested on the above charge.
The victim and suspect who are known to each did not get along well. Today they became involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical. The suspect then produced a knife and stabbed the victim in the arm and then fled. The victims injury was non-life threatening. Officers located the suspect a short time later. Clifford Espeseth, DOB 1/5/1970, was arrested on the above charge.

The victim was asleep when he heard a crashing sound and got up to investigate. He found the suspect standing in his hallway and when he challenged him the suspect fled. The suspect is described as: Unknown race male, average height, LSW a black or blue hooded sweatshirt.
Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle and made contact with occupant. Tyler Cain, DOB 8/2/1992, was arrested on the above charge.
The victim was giving a ride to the suspects when one of them began to punch him in the face as he was driving. The victim drove the vehicle into a building and the suspects fled. The suspects are described as: #1 W/M/A, late twenties, 5'10"-5'11" tall, 170 lbs., spiked hair, stubble, LSW a red or grey sweatshirt. #2 W/M/A, mid thirties, 4'10"-4'11" tall, average build, bald or blonde, goatee, LSW a red sweatshirt. #3 W/F/A, no further

0211 North: Felony Eluding & DUI Arrest @Whitfield Wy / Pike St.
Officers received a call for a reckless and intoxicated driver on E. 4th St. The Driver drove over a curb into the parking lot towards citizens as Officers arrived on scene. Officers attempted a traffic stop but the driver drove around the marked vehicles and exited the parking lot and then failed to yield for Officers. Officers later located the vehicle stopped in the area of Whitfield Way and Pike St. The driver failed to obey commands and attempted to get back in the vehicle. He resisted Officers until he was handcuffed.

Officers responded to the above location for a robbery in progress with the suspect fighting with store employees. Officers arrived on scene and located the suspect walking away. As officers attempted to detain the suspect, he ran from them a short distance and was quickly detained.

Officers responded to a suspect in custody for battery. The suspect was physically uncooperative and extremely intoxicated. During the arrest process an RPD Officer was kicked in the face by the suspect.

Officers learned the suspect arrived at the above location and slashed the tires to the victim’s vehicle. A physical confrontation took place in the entryway to the residence.

Officers responded in reference to the suspect refusing to leave the reporting person’s property. He refused to follow orders and physically resisted Officers.

1059 South: Shooting in a congested area/ CCW@1900 blk S. Virginia St.
Investigation revealed that the suspect had been involved in an argument with a female and another male while in the room. The suspect decided to leave and was approached by the female while they stood outside in the parking lot. The suspect perceived the female's actions as a threat and fired one round towards the female striking the ground in front of an adjacent room.
An RPD Officer located the suspect a few blocks away. The suspect was in possession of a handgun and two loaded magazines concealed in his jacket.

1405 North: Ex-Felon in Possession of Firearm/O&R@5100 blk Summit Ridge Rd.
Officers were dispatched to the parking lot for two unconscious subjects in a vehicle. Officers noticed a black revolver on the floorboard by the male's feet. The male woke up and attempted to flee. Officers on scene were able to apprehend the male a few feet away and took him into custody. Officers determined the male is an ex-felon.

Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle and conducted a stop. Carrisa Samonez, DOB 4/13/1993, was arrested on the above charge.
Officers responded to take the suspect into custody for Battery when the suspect refused to identify herself and attempted to flee. Maria Pacheco-Merino, DOB 9/20/1972, was arrested on the above charges.
The victim was approached by the suspects who asked him for money. When the victim refused the suspects battered him and attempted to take his property and money. The suspects are described as: #1 W/M/A, mid thirties, short hair, goatee, LSW grey sweater, silver necklace. #2 W/M/A, thirty-fifty years of age, LSW a dark brown shirt, green Oregon Ducks hooded sweatshirt. #3 & #4 are only described as W/M/A's.
Catherine Rausch, DOB 4/13/1973, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim was involved in a verbal argument with the suspects that turned physical when the suspects battered the victim and stole her purse before fleeing. Officers located one of the suspects a short time later. Taliv Spears, DOB 11/28/1989, was arrested on the above charges. The outstanding suspects are described as #1 W/F/A, 5'5" tall, 160 lbs., with blue hair. #2 B/F/A, heavy set.
Officers responded to a report of a stabbing and located the victim in the area. The victims injury is non-life threatening and the suspect is only described as: B/M/A.
The victims attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspect produced a knife and threatened them. There was no reported loss and the suspect is described as: B/M/A, 5'8"-6' tall, glasses, LSW a grey coat, black hoodie and khaki's.
Sumer Mohannah, DOB 2/24/1977, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to an alarm and discovered a door had been pried open but entry had not been made. There was no reported loss and there is no suspect description at this time.

Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity. They made contact with the suspect and learned he was in possession of a controlled substance. John Moje, DOB 6/4/1979, was arrested on the above charges.
Officers located a stolen vehicle and made contact with the suspect who was also in possession of a controlled substance. Deann Aguila, DOB 1/1/1968, was arrested on the above charges.
Britany Johnson, DOB 5/4/1990, was arrested on the above charges.
