The victim observed the suspect entering her residence. When she confronted the suspect the suspect fled. The suspect was dressed in dark clothing, nothing further.

the suspect was seen by employees breaking into and then removing items from a company truck. As Officers were taking the suspect into custody he attempted to break free and flee. Tyler Hammond, DOB 6/10/1992, was arrested on the above charges.
Officers observed the suspect pushing the victim and attempting to punch her. As they were taking the suspect into custody she refused to cooperate and became combative. Alyssa Garcia, DOB 3/2/1988.

The Defendant produced a handgun and robbed the Victims of a coat, two cell phones, two wallets and Victim One's car keys. The Defendant was located in the 100 blk of E. 2nd Street and was taken into custody without incident.

Officers responded to a disturbance where a male was observed with a gun. Upon arrival officers contacted two subjects who were possibly involved. During the investigation, one of the subjects failed to follow the officer's commands and was arrested for O&R.

Officers located the subject with an open container of beer in public. Upon contact the subject was uncooperative and failed to identify himself and began screaming. After several failed attempts to get the subject to identify himself the officer placed the subject under arrest.

Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle and contacted the driver as he exited the vehicle. Miguel Cazares-Pineda, DOB 9/29/1982, was arrested on the above charge.
Kyndra Thompson, DOB 5/13/1991, was arrested on the above charges as well as CCW. Michael Stewart, DOB 10/17/1995, was arrested on the above charges as well as Obliterated serial number on a Firearm.
Julie Saulnier, DOB 7/20/1985, and Jesse Grenamyer, DOB 3/4/1987, were arrested on the above charge.

Officers were in the area when they heard shots being fired. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.
The owner of the business arrived to find the gate lock had been cut, the door busted open and multiple tools had been stolen. Total loss is unknown and there are no suspects at this time.

Officers observed the Defendant walking with an open container of alcohol, against the don't walk signal. They contacted the Subject who quickly turned around and consumed the alcohol. They requested ID multiple times and the Defendant refused. The Officers went to detain the Defendant who pulled away from them.

Officer learned a homeless couple had befriended a homeowner who offered to charge the females phone last night. The homeowner decided not to return the phone. The homeowner went to the homeless couples camp and threw the females phone in the river before producing a firearm and threatening the female. The homeowner went back to her residence where she eventually exited and was physically resistant with Officers. The firearm was recovered from the residence

Officer was on patrol in the area of Gentry/Brinkby when he observed a female matching the description from a previous burglary. When he attempted to detain her in handcuffs she pulled away and ultimately ran. She was eventually taken into custody.

The victim was returning to her car when she noticed the suspect had opened her passenger door and was grabbing her purse. When the victim yelled the suspect simulated he had a weapon and fled to a waiting vehicle. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, mid twenties to mid thirties, 5'9" tall, average build, LSW a navy blue sweatshirt.
Jayson McVickers, DOB 4/12/1987, was arrested on the above charges.
The suspect, a juvenile, was arrested on the above charges.
Officers responded to reports of shots being fired and located several casings. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

The employee observed the suspect coming on to the businesses property and confronted him. The suspect produced a knife they became involved in a physical struggle. Both the victim and suspect received several cuts but none were life-threatening. James Parks, DOB 8/20/1968, was arrested on the above charges.
Officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving a subject who was armed with a gun. They made contact with the suspect and Perry Reynolds, DOB 3/16/1969, was arrested on the above charges.

Marcellina Locastro, DOB 3/6/1974, and Robert Locastro, DOB 2/14/1967, were arrested on the above charge.
Officers located a stolen motor vehicle that was unoccupied and a passerby gave them a description of a suspect who was just seen fleeing the area. Officers located the suspect a short time later. Jesus Sanchez, DOB 10/19/1979, was arrested on the above charge.
9/10/2019
Officers responded to a report of a Battery against the staff at the above location. While Officers were taking the suspect into custody he became combative and even punched and kicked them. Brian Williams, DOB 11/14/1984, was arrested on the above charges.
The victim had attempted to stop the suspects from leaving without paying for merchandise when one of the suspects kicked him as they all fled. Total loss is unknown. The suspects are described as: #1 Unknown race male, late teens to early twenties, #2 H/M or I/M, late teens to early twenties, LSW a blue and grey hoodie and blue shorts. Suspects #3 & #4 are Unknown males, no further description.
The victim return to his vehicle to find it had been broken into and property stolen. There are no suspects at this time.

The Suspect was told that they had to leave the property and refused. The Suspect began to walk back inside and was grabbed by the Officer. The Suspect pulled away from the Officer and stated, "I'm not gonna leave", walking towards the entrance to the building. The Suspect was booked without further incident.

Three children were on the front porch of the second story apartment unattended. The mother was found sleeping in the living room and not watching the three small children. The apartment currently is without power and water. The mother was taken into custody for an unrelated warrant and also booked for failure to supervise.

Officers responded to the above location for a subject who was seen tampering with vehicles parked in the area. Def. was taken into custody and transported to an area hospital for medical clearance as he appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. While in the hospital, Def. began resisting officers by tensing up and pulling away. As officer approached, Def. attempted to head-butt the Officer.

Officers responded on an unwanted subject. Upon arrival the Subject was uncooperative and a physical struggle ensued. The Subject bit the Officer who let go and the Subject fled. After a short foot pursuit the subject was taken into custody.

Officers responded for a reported domestic battery. Officers learned the victim had been held against her will for several hours and was beaten by her live-in boyfriend during that time.

1800 Central: Arrest- Ex Felon Possession Firearm @4th St/Virginia St
Officers on patrol stopped a vehicle with suspended registration. Further investigation led to a search of the vehicle at which time officers located an AR15 rifle. The male in the vehicle was also searched and was found to be in possession of one round of .223 ammunition. The male was found to be an ex-felon and was arrested.

2235 South: Arrest for Misuse of 911/O&R @100 blk Damonte Ranch Parkway
Officers responded to an area convenience store regarding an unwanted subject refusing to leave and causing a verbal disturbance. As officers arrived the subject was intoxicated but agreed to leave the business. A short while later he called 911 saying he wanted to press charges against the store clerk for yelling at him. He advised he would wait for officers where they contacted him and attempted to detain him for misuse of 911. The Defendant physically resisted officers.

Officers responded on the report of a dealership-owned vehicle that had just been taken at knife point. Upon arrival it was learned a salesman was showing a customer two suv's that were both running and parked next to each other. An unknown male entered the drivers seat of the unoccupied vehicle, the salesman opened the rear passengers door to see if the suspect needed help. The suspect produced a knife and threatened the salesman before leaving in the vehicle. *****************************UPDATE****************************
Officers responded to a vehicle burglary in progress and located the suspect who fit the description of the above suspect. The suspect was booked for the vehicle burglary and will be addiotnally booked for the earlier robbery.

An Officer was in the area stopped at a red light when the def. exited the car in front, slammed a large coffee cup on the ground and began chasing an unknown male. Officer got into a foot pursuit with the Def. giving verbal commands to stop and refused.

Officers arrived in the area and observed the suspect walking away from a vehicle that they later learned had been stolen. The suspect, Oscar Avillas-Cruz, DOB 2/28/2000, was taken into custody and arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a patient who was being treated at a local hospital for a gunshot wound. The victims injury is non-life threatening and the investigation is ongoing.
The suspect approached the employee, produced a gun and demanded the money form the register. Total loss is unknown. The suspect is described as: Unknown race, 5'5"-5'6" tall, medium build, LSW a dark sweatshirt and blue pants.
Officers located a stolen vehicle and made contact with the suspect who had the vehicles keys in his possession. Jeremy Chatman, DOB 7/27/1989, was arrested on the above charge.
