Matrix Consulting Group and the City of Reno created a consulting agreement to conduct a staffing study for the RPD. The project team conducted four community workshops- see them here.

The victim was approached by the suspect who produced a gun and demanded his bike and property. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, mid twenties, LSW a black beanie, blue jacket, blue jeans. 

The suspect was observed by multiple people pointing a gun at people. While taking the suspect into custody Officers discovered the firearm was a BB Gun. Armando Rios-Cordova, DOB 8/27/1986, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a call for service. Upon arrival the occupants tried to flee. Officers located the suspect trying to climb a fence. Juan Valdez, DOB 9/8/1994 was arrested on the above charges.
