The victim reported he was approached by the suspect who was riding a bicycle or moped. The suspect grabbed his backpack and fled. The victim said he chased the suspect but is unable to recall additional details due to his injury. The suspect is only described as: W/M/A, LSW possibly a dark shirt.

The employee and suspect were involved in verbal argument that turned physical when the suspect produced a knife and lunged at the victim. Humberto Rodriguez, DOB 9/23/1981, was arrested on the above charge.
